Membership
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- You must be 16 years or older (or have parental consent) to register.
- Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 3 days before renewal.
Facility Use
- Follow gym rules, coach instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
- Re-rack weights, wipe equipment after use and respect other members.
- PowerFit reserves the right to refuse or revoke access for inappropriate behaviour.
Payments & Refunds
Membership fees are billed monthly. Refunds are issued only for verified billing errors or service failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — logos, text, images, code — belongs to PowerFit Gym. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai.
